Lowongan Foundry Quality Manager di PT Duraquipt Cemerlang

Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that each part of the

manufacturing process has been correctly completed, checked, and delivered

to the internal and external customer as per stated on the SOP. The Quality

Manager is responsible for implementing and executing inspection, testing,

and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company

standards, customer requirements or any codes such as ASTM, API 610. They

prepare reports by collecting data on inspections or other aspects such as

production line cleanliness which are analyzed in detail. They will perform

detailed inspections to make sure products meet or exceed customer

requirements.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering/ or any related fields.
• Minimum 7 years experiences on quality working experienced or 2 years in managerial level at manufacturing or Foundry industries would be an advantage.
• Certified in Lean Six-Sigma would be preferably.
• Certified in ISO 9001 and ISO14001 or 18001 would be preferably
• Willing to be placed in Depok, Jawa Barat

REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE

• Familiar with ISO 9001
• Experienced as lead auditor (having lead auditor certification would be preferrable).
• Good understanding on Manufacturing Practice.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement tools implementation & execution (7 Quality Tools / PDCA / FMEA / Lean Tools) with some background in statistical techniques as well as process measurement and problem-solving skill.
• Proven capability in managing compliance requirements
• Proven capability in root cause analysis and in depth problem solving
