Lowongan Purchasing Administration di PT Dic Graphics

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and cross-checking PO, GRN and Invoices from suppliers and conduct solving problem if any administration mistakes.
• Preparing payment voucher to Finance.
• Maintain and control complete update purchasing documentation
• Identify and develop and implement Kaizen Idea for efficiency, effective and accuracy working habit
• Know, understand and implement standard operation procedure in the working area activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Having basic conceptual understanding in Purchasing Activity
• Having negotiation skill, problem solving, planning & organizing
• Able to deliver valuable support to other department
• Preferably have experience with SAP system
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Purchasing Activity
• Posses Computer Skill and English both orally and written, as well as communication and reporting skill.
