Qualification

1. Making and review agreements related to company's activities
2. Provide legal drafting, preparing legal documents, such as PoA, statement letters, ect;
3. Build solid relationship with internal and external department
4. Maintain contract record filling
5. Assist in drafting resolution of directors, commissioners, shareholders in all circumstances
6. Coordinate with notary
7. Ensure all corporate legal document validaty update and conducted the renewal by coording with goverment institution

Job Description

1. Maximum 30 years old
2. At least have 5 years experience in the related field (especially oil and gas, processing and industry is preferred) is required for this position
3. Knowlage International Bussines Law, Legal Drafting, Legal Review
4. Able to work on multiple projects and affiliate
5. Able to meet deadlines, and complete task in a timely manner
6. Able to handle sensitive and/or confidential document and information
7. Has good judgment, to make decision that conform to business need and policy
8. Excellent problem solving skills, analytical skill
9. Self motivated with a positive attitude
10. Fluent in english, both oral and written ( proficiently )
