Job Description:

• Prepare all required export documents relating to custom clearance/ entry of the goods procedure are accurate (product terms and specifications in the document in accordance with applicable standards)
• Responsible for the completeness, accuracy and readiness of all export documentation (PEB, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Survey Report etc.)
• Supervise the export shipment process to the port of destination and immediately coordinate with the competent party to solve the operational problems that occur
• Ensure export taxes and processing fee of export documents are paid on time with accurate nominal.
• Analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of export documents processing
• Coordinate with Production Department regarding the export schedule

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in all major
• At least 3 years of working experience in Export Import
• Must be fluent in English
