Lowongan Accounting Staff – Account Payable di PT Destination Asia

Job purpose:

Responsible for all payment to supplier/hotel by prepare, checking the invoice & payment schedule.  To provide supporting documents for finance manager and any jobs assigned by Accounting Supervisor .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing& sceduling Payment for Supplier and Sub-Contractor  
• Bargain to get the best exchange rate
• Checking invoice from MICE, Leisure & Cruise supplier also all other vendor
• Request payment for supplier to general cashier
• Checking invoice from optional tour supplier
• Sending confirmation payment to supplier
• Checking outstanding optional tour
• Checking guide fee invoice
• Receiving optional payment from guide
