Lowongan Contract Administration di PT Jfe Engineering Indonesia

The position will have a primary responsibility in contract administration activities of EPC for sewage treatment development project at west of Pluit pond, north of Jakarta, Indonesia. The activities include claims, variation, subcontracts, invoices and change control. The position is also required to support Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager for their activities.

The position has, but not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

1)        Analyzing contract and subcontracts and identifying risks and opportunities associated with them

2)        Advising Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager of the project on all aspects of deviations between contract and subcontract conditions and actual executions

3)        Developing claim strategies collaboratively with the project team

4)        Drafting contract and subcontract documents, notices, or claim letters with accurate references to the contract and subcontracts clauses, and monitoring the submission schedules according to the contract time bar

5)        Assisting Admin & Finance Manager throughout insurance claim process for recovering a damage falling under the policy

6)        Ensuring that contractual documents are recorded physically and digitally

7)        Liaising with management level of the project team and negotiating with client, consultant, other partners and subcontractors under contractual conditions including claims and variation

8)        Managing invoices and change control including developing the procedures

9)        Supporting Project Manager/ Deputy Project Managers for meetings with stakeholders and preparing minutes of meetings

10)    Compiling progress monthly reports and presentation slides for internal and/ or external use
