Lowongan Procurement Senior Officer - Strategic Sourcing di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute the development, implementation and execution of the Companys tender procedure, which includes pre-tender, pre-award and post-award activities.
2. Execute of carrying out market analysis to get the best purchasing deal, by comparing prices of goods from different suppliers, staying up to date on market changes that can affect the supply and prices of goods.
3. Procure goods and services middle to hight value of long lead & critical items during daily operation, outage & project, and spare parts (replenishment)/stock items including consumable items
4. Establish Master Services Agreement to major OEM.
5. Establish Call Off Contract of stock items including bulk chemical.
6. Ensure Companys Procedures are implemented in all areas of function so that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
7. Ensure and comply to all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the function to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products /service and a responsible environmental attitude.
8. To perform other task assigned by line supervisor /Manager/GM

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree in engineering, Management, and any other related disciplines
• More than 6 years relevant experience in Procurement/ Contract/ Expediting of OM Power Plant including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing supervisory responsibilities
• Preferably have Procurement Professional Certification
• Preferably good command in English both verbal and written.
• Well experienced about SAP/Maximo/Oracle System
• Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
