Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimal 5 years experiences in Warehouse SPV
• Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 9001 and implementation.
• Awareness of ERP system (e.g. SAP) would be an advantage but are not essential
• Thorough understanding for Document Management System
• Familiar with Customs regulation for export and import
• Fluent in English and strong computer literacy
• Able to work under high pressure
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill, teamwork, and motivate people.
• Working location in Cinere - Depok

Job Description :

1. Responsible for WAREHOUSE/MATERIAL procedure
2. Responsible for WAREHOUSE/MATERIAL flow processing
3. Responsible for the daily management and supervision of the materials under management.
4. Responsible for the supervision and management of positioning, stacking, placing and shelving according to the warehouse.
5. Responsible for warehousing and ex-warehouse (handover) of materials.
6. Responsible for the registration and management of detailed aacounts (standing books) of materials.
7. Responsible for security management of self manage warehouse and security supervision of on-site warehouse.
8. Responsible for handling safety of self manage good and equipment safety management.
9. Responsible for recording the entry and exit time of on-site logistics vehicles and containers.
10. Responsible for daily inspection, waterproofing, fire prevention and anti theft work of self managed warehouse.
