Job Description

• This position will perform a combination of supporting BAU and Project IT Infrastructure especially in IT Network field.
• This position is responsible for the support of the production environment and not limited to Development environment which ensures the appropriate security policies and practices are implemented and enforced.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement and maintain IT Network platforms and environments; Router, Switch, Wi-Fi, Monitoring tools, Network Links.
• Daily update/resolution of tickets generated by Helpdesk ticketing system and respond to inbound phone and electronic requests for technical assistance.
• Ensure IT Network best practices are implemented through auditing: IT Network Device configurations, change control, and monitoring.
• Manage all user/stake holder situations in a professional and courteous business manner with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, while timely keeping the customer abreast of expectations, problem status and completion.
• Knowledge of network devices and its environments; Router, Switch, Wi-Fi (WLC), Monitoring tools (Solarwinds), Network Links and other networking hardware/software tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of network concepts, standards, practices, including but not limited Routing, Switching, TCP/IP and related protocols, device monitoring and log management.
• Experience in LAN and WAN technologies, network design, network management, etc.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, IP Address & subnetting, routing, switching, access control lists, firewalls, VPN, NAT and network traffic analysis.
• Demonstrable analytical and technical aptitude with focus on identify and alleviating the root cause of the issue; solves the whole problem.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Networking products ; CISCO Routing & Switching, WLC, ACI, NAC, InfoBlox, Solarwinds
• Minimum of four years experience with information technology.
• Minimum of three years experience with information technology in IT Network.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment.
• Having knowledge related Cloud technology, especially AWS.
