Job Profile

• Together with the team define, plan, and execute employer branding actions
• Analyze brand equity and propose creative, new ways of furthering the company image
• Create content for social media, including an internal portal.
• Develop reports on activity results
• Execute marketing, media, and communication campaigns with the support of managers and senior specialists
• Collaborate with leading business partners such as marketing agencies and graphic designers
• Have a hand in collateral creation, campaign management, and competition analysis
• Plan and organize internal & external events along with experienced managers
• Manage company townhall, employee events, and own the end-to-end people experience cycle to ensure the best experience possible for our employees with continuous improvement mindset

Requirement

• A university degree in marketing, branding, or a communications-related field

• Very good written and spoken English

• Intimate knowledge of promotional channels, marketing tools, and all sorts of campaigns

• Experience with social media tools

• A working knowledge of how to use tools to measure campaign effectiveness

• Excellent communication skills

• A knack for creativity

• Public speaking skills

• The ability to think analytically and draw their own conclusions
