Role Objective

• Marketing activities in order to meet the sales targets and secure growth and profitability in accordance with the Company business plan.
• To identify, develop and increase sales of the new product market segment in Indonesia with follow direction of company business plan.

Key Responsibilities / Duties & Responsibilities

• Implement all marketing activities according to agreed budgets to sustain market leadership and secure healthy growth rates.
• Plan and implement gifts away, making local brochures & maintaining the quantity of it.
• Specify our brand in tender specification.
• Increase brand awareness and brand positioning in the market including launching/introducing products to the market.
• Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for distributors in order and issue timely management and statistical reports.
• Making and doing presentations to customers.
• Implement and develop necessary policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the company.
• Analyze trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
• Advise the company on the development of new initiatives and the promotion and marketing of products to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plan and corporate objectives.
• Other ad hoc projects & duties assigned.
• Timely reporting of sales and client issues to Sales & Marketing Director.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication or Marketing Major.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry (building materials).
• Good English communication.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong integrity, independent, proactive, self-confident and be able to engage and communicate with people.
• Good knowledge of customer service, marketing promotion and marketing strategy in similar industry (building materials).
