Lowongan Field Officer/SPV - Community Business Development di PT Terra Asri Indonesia

Responsibilities

1. Acquiring Users (Farmer)
2. Develop and managing partners (such as Poktan/Gapoktan, include local governments)
3. Supporting as sales representative to secure the existing & potential partners, including on the negotiation
4. Identify and initiate program to increase Terra Asri market shares
5. Other ad-hoc tasks related to the business overall strategy.

Qualifications 

1. Prefer from Agriculture background educations, or has experience in agriculture/community development
2. Good attitude and have high motivation driven
3. Confident with communication (including public communication), negotiation, and selling skill
4. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, and Google Spreadsheet.
5. Target and Result oriented
6. Prefer have own vehicle and valid driver's license (SIM)
