We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development (Mandarin Speaker) to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through identification of new leads that will be the next big thing on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare leads for BD representatives from multiple sources.
• Responsible for qualifying, enriching, and uploading the leads onto a worksheet to facilitate pre-sales representatives to make cold calls.
• Ensure that the policy of the leads is adaptable for the company.
• Work cohensively to ensure market success, always on the lokout for industry news and timely research.
• Build up a high-quality leads database based on all verticals and self-prospected potential leads, resulting in closed-won deals.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate from any degree.
• 1 year of experience in a related commerce or advertising field will be an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must, trilingual speaker is a plus (Indonesian-English-Mandarin)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
