Lowongan Logistic & Expediting Senior Officer di PT Bhimasena Power Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

1. Execute the development, implementation, and execution of the Company’s tender procedure, which includes pre-tender, pre-award and post-award activities.
2. Ensure the delivery of all procure goods are on scheduled by maintaining records of goods that have been ordered and corresponding shipping dates.
3. Monitors shipping notices to avoid potential problems with deliveries by identify and remedy any issues that potentially may cause delays.
4. Ensure the export/import shipments documentation meet all applicable to the Indonesia Customs Regulations and Company Regulation.
5. Maintains business relationships with suppliers to ensure their assistance if an unexpected event requires expedited shipping of an order.
6. To perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor /Manager/GM.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
• More than 6 years’ relevant experience in Expediting / Export Import
• Having experience using SAP/Maximo/ Oracle/Axapta program
• Active in English both verbal and written.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Willing to be placed in Batang Regency, Central Java
