Job Description

• Responsibility in the acceptance of goods, Condition check and quality items suit the SOP and check the fit of goods with PO
• Labelling and counting against items so that it goes into the database
• Preparing and making packing list and dokumen-dokumen required
• Keeps the stock accurate
• Do stock opname and make routine reports (day, weekly, by month, and annually)
• Do the ( inventory data input, cycle count, opname stock, and shipping ) accurately from the database
• Do and Great make summary in excel and pivot table.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 accounting / accounting computer
• Minimum experience of 3 years in retail, warehouse, logistics aswarehouse inventory control
• Excellent Ms.Excel especially pivot table, vlookup, hlookup, if, sum if
• Understanding the warehouse management system
• Abel to communication and analysis capabilities oriented in detail and the number of analysis capabilities
• Experience as HP spare parts coordinator for at least three years in the same industry is preferred.
