• Sales Management: Develop and maintain sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and lead the sales team to achieve company targets. Enrich Sales Force Teams with essential product knowledge and skills.
• Marketing and Sales Execution: Devise and execute strategic Marketing and Sales plans, including campaigns and add-ons, to maximize sales results. Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Class and Service Coordination: Arrange, manage, control, and evaluate ongoing services and classes to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.
• Partnership Management: Maintain direction, support, and control over existing partners in terms of sales, product, and training. Actively search for and establish new partnerships when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university in any major, with a preference for Management, Marketing, or Business majors.
• Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the Education industry. Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to successful closure.
• Teaching Experience (Preferred): Previous teaching experience will be considered a strong advantage, as it demonstrates an understanding of the education industry and the needs of students and educators.
• Language Skills: A good command of English, both verbal and written, is a must.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis, as well as proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and internet usage.
• Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong personality with excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and outgoing personality.
