GENERAL FUNCTION:

To interpret user needs through high quality visual design. To protect and correct materials violating the company identity. To plan, design, create, and supervise marketing promotion, digital media, and publishing materials. Responsible for all printed, online materials and / or internal materials. To support visualization of presentations, reports, internal and external documents. To gather and organise users requirements related to visual design products. To manage users requirements for creating design products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To plan, concept, and illustrate users requirements
2. To gather, organise and observe input from users to create visual design
3. To work creatively on creating design products according to users requirements and company identity
4. To develop and update new design concepts as required
5. To manage and control users requirements up to design, print and production
6. To fix final concept design and recommend improvements
7. To schedule and estimate design implementation and define budgets
8. To interact with users for determining the requirements of the design such as; size, colour, styles and file format
9. To create, plan, and design rough draft or mock-up of the design
10. To present ideas and project planning to users
11. To work closely with English business writer, technical writer, web developers, product owner, presentor, marketing and sales staff
12. To ensure high quality design and final art before launched
13. To present practical solutions and options related to design products
14. To plan, design, create brochures, company and product logo, Business Cards, Company Identity and web interface
15. To manage and supervise in-house visual design.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in graphic design, illustration, visual communication and design, or multimedia; Minimum 1 years experience in IT company; Experienced graphic design software (Illustrator, GIMP, Blender); Understanding the concepts of UI/UX design; Proficient in design for digital imaging such as; typography, image-making, and layout; Ability to define user requirements as a visual concept; Capable to supervise the final visual products

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Master in graphical design
• Passionate in visual identity
• Up to date with current trends and techniques related to graphic design
• Master in graphic design tools such as; Illustrator, GIMP, Blender, Acrobat
• Master in web building tools, CSS, and HTML
• Knowledge in interpreting users message into visual expression
• Time management and able to multitask
• Open to feedback and design revisions
• Ability to resolve conflict and negotiating with users
• Ability to interpret user requirements
• Have a strong confidence to present and communicate ideas to user
• Able to think creatively and have a strong visual sense
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
