Job Summary

Conduct market development through the penetration and utilization of fresh products of vegetables, collaborating with modern markets and vegetable processing industries. Provide market analysis and monthly reports on market dynamics and market demand. Develop relationships and synergies between company, the industry, markets, traders, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities

·        Conduct visits & manage trading terms for all modern account and personal pouch resellers in Jabodetabek area.

·        Handle administrative processes such as Purchase Orders, Invoice Exchanges and payments from all accounts and resellers.

·        Prepare plans for ongoing collaboration with modern markets and fresh vegetable processing industry.

·        Provide market analysis on the demand for fresh vegetables and the absorption of company seeds.

·        Submit monthly reports detailing with the current market status, upcoming trends, and other collaboration details.

·        Engage with modern markets, industries, and other relevant parties to develop an exclusive vegetable market.

·        Design and develop sustainable marketing Pull activities to absorb farming results.

·        Develop and maintain partnership with strategic partners.

Qualifications and Skills

Formal Education :

Diploma / Bachelor of Agriculture majors, Biology, Sales, Marketing, Communication

Informal Education/Training :

All related to Agriculture, Marketing

Certification :

Leadership / Management Program are preferable

Psychological Requirements :

Detail-oriented, team player, capable of working independently.

Physiological Requirements :

Physically and mentally healthy, good eyesight, capable of riding a motorcycle for approximately 6 hours per day. Willing to be assigned to fieldwork.

License

Holding SIM C & having motorcycle is a must
