Job responsibilities:

1. responsible for the achievement of objectives and implementation of promotion plans for local online and offline promotion channels in Indonesia, implementing partner management standards and requirements, controlling the implementation process of promotion partners, and achieving project promotion objectives.

2. Responsible for the development of local online and offline promotion channels and buyer data resources in Indonesia, screening and evaluating promotion partners according to the company's partner access criteria, selecting suitable promotion partners, and conducting business docking and subsequent standardized management.

3. responsible for local market research in Indonesia and produce standardized content related to industry and exhibition promotion.

Requirements:

1, more than 5 years of experience in platform or ToB traffic operation, familiar with the effectiveness of SEM/SNS channel traffic and external traffic value in Europe and the United States and Belt and Road countries; a deep understanding of the advertising industry, proficient in advertising delivery mechanism.

2, good demand management ability, project promotion ability and teamwork management ability, independently responsible for the operation of a number of mainstream advertising platform promotion projects, annual consumption volume of more than 10 million, with textile, household, auto and motorcycle parts, beauty and other industry promotion experience is preferred.

3, data-oriented, with good data sensitivity and strong data analysis and channel promotion effect evaluation ability, good at summarizing and constantly optimizing the lead acquisition placement program, with a clear understanding of the value of different levels of users.

4、Strong creative ability of material, understanding ability, logical thinking ability, execution and learning ability, good at analysis and summary, able to grasp audience psychology and grasp the content and direction of advertising.

5、Strong anti-stress ability, self-driven and responsible.

6、Excellent English ability, fluent in speaking, reading and writing.
