What would you do:

•      Identifies prospects by reading telephone, directories, and other prepared listings.

•      Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing

•      systems, and other telecommunications technologies.

•      Influences customers to buy services and product of B2B IT Products such as a

•      server, storage, and software by following a prepared sales talk to give service and

•      product information and price quotations.

•      Sends promotion or brochures thru email to the prospects.

•      Improves the tele-script is needed.

•      Be proactive in doing the telemarketer’s role.

•      Works to achieve the target.

•      Completes the database if any outdated data.

•      Writes phone conversation reports using Microsoft Excel.

•      Follows up the prospects proactively to achieve the target.

What You Need to have:

•      Experience in Telemarketing minimum 2-3 years

•      Bachelor’s degree from any study.

•      Fluent in English is a plus.

•      Product knowledge in IT industry is a plus.

•      Basic Microsoft Excel.

•      Result and target driven.

•      Persistence, time management, customer service, and prospecting skills.

•      Handle objection and rejection.

•      Discipline and professional.
