Lowongan Account Payable Assistant di PT Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia

• Invoicing process control, query resolution and ensure payment on time.
• Properly check daily payments to vendor and ensure accurancy.
• Check and controls AP accounts Hygiene and ensure score > 90%.
• Perform vendor account reconciliation on quarterly basic on selected high value vendor accounts.
• Reconciliation of intercompany payable transactions.
• Support day to day tax related activities and issues.
• Support and control monthly tax compliance reconciliation, payments and reporting.
• Tax Audit and VAT Refund – Handle all data requirement for tax audit and vat refund process.
• Implement AP process and tax control based on Global Unilever policies.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education Bachelor degree, majoring accounting / finance is preferable
• Able to communicate using English
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Detail and process oriented
• Have high sense of Integrity
