Job Description:

Responsible of CS and PS Core and Act as leader for strategic design, parameter baseline design and feature trial till rollout
Support team to do troubleshooting in daily task, Have ability to join with team for complex case analysis and solution provide.
Familiar with CS Core and PS Core equipment and IMS, 5G, Volte, E2E network architecture.
More than 5 yearsâ€™ work in CS core experience

Requirements:

Have 5 yearsÂ experience related toÂ Telecommunication Company
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication Engineering
Familiar telecommunicationÂ principle and 3GPP, understand MBB network architecture.
Able to design optimization solution and present to customer
NPM project experience are preferred
Strong in Load Balance and Layering between multiple carrier (Idle and Connected Mode)
Strong in aspect how to get a better Radio Network Experience (Physical and Softpara)
Strong in Features and Strategic of Nokia Product within latest Nokia Software release
Strong inÂ CSFB to 2G Optimization and Troubleshoot
Have various knowledge onÂ Non-RAN Domain for E2E coordination
Have basic product knowledge aboutÂ 5G NR especially Nokia/Huawei
Familiar withÂ Nokia & Huawei Radio product 2G/3G/4G
Have experience onÂ VoLTE Network and SRVCC Optimization
Have experience onÂ DSS 4G/5G (Spectrum Sharing among legacy Technology
Have experience onÂ MORAN / MOCN / RAN Network Sharing
Proactively communication with supervisor and customer, Good on High Level (CXO) Presentation and Excellent English and communication skills, Customer service orientation, and have a Strong problem solving skills
Willing to work under pressure and deadline, 24/7 Reachable for urgent matter, and Faster on delivery of customer requirement
