MARKETING PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

As part of the Marketing Team, the Marketing Product Development Coordinator will work on a cross-functional team and ensure the product is built with integrity, and intention, and aligned with our brand vision and value. He/she will be responsible for the development and marketing strategy around new product ideas, incorporating research (Internal & External), concept development projects & capabilities with market analysis to support product roadmaps& innovative new products.

Work under the Brand team and coordinates with an internal team including sales and also R&D (manufacturing) to ensure that new & existing (rejuvenate or improvement) products meet development targets and support the organization’s objectives.

Job Description :

• Lead, Design, Create, and Plan new products innovation processes or improve existing products for an organization, from idea generation until commercialization
• Working and coordinating with R & D teams or altering existing products to make improvements.
• Manage the product creation process from design handoff to production approval
• Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process, including prototyping and testing
• Evaluating new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand
• Coordinate with the channel, sales, and promotions management on launching and executing the brand and product plans.
• Identify profitable opportunities in the market and Conduct a feasibility study of any potential products
• Monitor and analyze the product and market trends and recommend actions required
• Responsible for conducting & lead consumer research in order to find the opportunity & aligned with consumer needs 

Job Requirement :

• Minimum 1 year in the same field of Product or Brand development
• Experience with product development with end-to-end process
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently work with all levels of an organization, Experience with consumer research & market trends
• Willing to be placed at KITIC industries area, CIkarang
