Job Descriptions :
Specific Requirements :
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the growing accounting department (payable, receivable, cash monitoring, monthly closing)
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Make sure the company complies with accounting and tax standards
Specific Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic
- Big Four Audit Firm would be a plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax would be a plus
- Previous experience in Manufacturing would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years in similar position
- Have experience in handling subordinates as a Spv.
- Hard Skills: MS Office, English (verbal and written), Accounting Software
- Soft Skills: Detail oriented, Accurate, Team spirit, Willingness to learn, Fast learner, Multi task, Communicating skills
- Fluent in English is a must
- Can join immediately
- Candidate must residence in Bali
