Oversee sales, marketing, and branding aspects including strategic planning and execution of the constantly growth and expansion, with a direct hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals

Brand Marketing

  • Oversees all sales marketing field activities, including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision and motivating team members
  • In partnership with Business Development Manager and Brand Manager, creates annual budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through canvassing efforts.
  • Develop solid brand and campaign strategies to build positive emotional connection
  • Develops and manages the businesss brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to maximize the brands equity.
  • Responsible for achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments. Also responsible for market development and penetration
  • Establishes a process for benchmarking the brands performance in various in order to ensure that campaigns are relevant and competitive.
  • Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
  • Developing and delivering effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase awareness, understanding and consideration of our vision, mission and strategic objectives, working closely with the Leaders Team
  • Responsible for the direction, control to ensure consistent attainment of sales and marketing operations
  • Develop marketing strategies and sales marketing plan, products potential and marketing analysis and create sales road-map to motivate marketing and sales team to generate sales and income.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales, distribution, and account retention strategy to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Defines, articulates and implements the organisation's strategy for selling products or services.
  • Develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.

Sales Growth

  • Delivers an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the departments goals as well as the overall goals of the business
  • Along with the management, creates and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPIs for the business.
  • Plan and execute sales and marketing plan under the guideline policy including marketing strategies and plan on annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase customers, generate income and be profitable as company and principal guideline.
  • Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislations, to manage customer data.
  • Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
  • Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products.
  • Builds strong relationships with the external partners and consumers and regularly interacts with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting events, hosting sales events for the businesss product, playing an active role in industry organizations and so forth.
  • Conducts regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par or even ahead of other players and driving greater sales resulting from the securing a greater market share.
  • In collaboration with other department/team creating product intelligence, for example, product/brand adjacencies, affinities, display rules, conducting trend analysis, and ensuring that these are aligned to support and drive sales and conversion.
  • Monitors the development of the businesss product from its conceptualization through to its testing and launch and, therefore, carefully understands the product whose sales he is supposed to spearhead, making it easy to tailor unique strategies around that product.

People Management

  • Direct the Brand Marketing & Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Manages the departmental calendar in regard to trading priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a small-large group in a unified direction and vision
  • Demonstrate calmness under stressful situations and in uncertainty, inspiring the same in his team.
  • Plays a mentorship role to key positions within the department, assisting in the execution of duties upon request, honing their professional skills, and readying them for occupation of this position in his/her absence or retirement.
  • Establishing and overseeing the adoption of departmental vision and values, which forms part of the work culture
  • Performs other duties as he/she deems necessary for the execution of his/her duties and duties as assigned by COO

Requirements

  • >5 years working experience in as sales/brand marketing position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager
  • Must possess exceptional communication, good leadership skills,
  • Have a deep understanding of the businesss marketplace models as well as the opportunities and limitations that come along with it.
  • Encourage openness and trust both internally and externally
  • Self-motivated, have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable to business growth fluctuations, work comfortably and effortlessly in group settings, be a persuasive and charismatic individual, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well under the pressure of stringent deadlines
