We are looking for an HR Officer in providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include administrative tasks, recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee relation.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, arranging the interview process, and managing the employment process.
• Oversee new hire preparations and set-up, inclusive of orientation
• Work with 3rd party and user for any manpower requisition
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Give some guides for employees about compensation and benefit
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action)
• Manage employee movement & database
• Manage daily correspondence (in/out letter)
• Maintain monthly attendance and leave records of employee
• Support engagement program
• Assisting and facilitating any training required
• Involved in every HR Project assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Law or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role, in food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Computer literate and capable of managing data reports
• Experience in managing employee relations
• Proficient in payroll, BPJS, Pph 21, health insurance, and other administrative tasks.
• Have a thorough understanding of Indonesian labor law.
• Good understanding of written/spoken English
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed at Cikande, Serang, Banten
