REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's from Ilmu Kesehatan Masyarakat / Keselematan Kerja, Engineering or any related field
• in 2 years above experience mostly in a Consultant Construction Company
• English Intermediate - Advance for Business Level (oral & written)
• Good Leadership, ability to work independently, analytical mindset, strong intrapersonal & communication skill
• K3L (Required), TKBT, ISO 14001, 9001, or any relevant Certified to the Development of a professional career path
• Microsoft Office, Recording File Management, Microsoft Project

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical

• Involved in contractor's Pre-Qualification process in terms of HSE compliances.
• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety, and environmental issues.
• Perform regular HSE audits or Inspections in business and project operations.
• Ensure all employees are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards. E.g. PPE inventory and standard, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc.
• Act industry/Professional ethics always maintaining professionalism.
• Together with IMRA measure and monitor HSE implementation, and any other duties assigned or directed by the Project Manager.
• Contribution and effort are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Work cooperatively, and collaboratively, and willingly accept a share of the workload and help others when required.
• Together with IMRA planning HSE-related risk management, legal compliance, and HSE program.
• Keep abreast of industry standards regulations and updates always ensuring compliance.

Support

• Support the PM/CM team with planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
• Support the IMRA to ensure compliance with the Indonesia HSE Act and Regulations.

Assistance

• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures and client requirements.
• Assist in ad-hoc HSE tasks/projects as required.
• Assist in the development of pro-project-specific procedures.

Administration

• Comply with all company HSE systems and procedures relevant to the role, in locally documented HSE responsibilities and accountabilities. No work-related injuries, Illnesses, or adverse environmental outcomes due to incorrect or inadequate application of system or procedures.
• Provide HSE aspects of Company Bid Submissions as requested.
• Manage Safety Statistics reporting and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the Project Manager.

Development

• Ensure training and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e., emergency response systems, etc.
