We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, and have a solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment and selection strategies to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
  • Create and update job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the organization's needs.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with the organization's values and culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the offer and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices and apply them to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
