Lowongan ASSISTANT WAREHOUSE MANAGER di PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam

Under the general supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Assistant Warehouse Manager supervises warehouse personnel and assists with the operation of the warehouses (receives, maintains inventory, coordinates deliveries, organizes orders). Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day.

• Senior High School Diploma or Equivalent required, some college-level coursework preferred.
• Five (5) years and above experience related to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities of working experience – Proven work experiences as Warehouse Senior Supervisor or Assistant Manager in manufacturing line.
• Managing the inventory in the warehouse by completing cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Making sure that all warehouse operations are carried out in accordance with company policies.
• Reviewing inventory levels and liaise with PMC team – control JIT Stock level
• Working with employees to develop training program to improve productivity and efficiency
• Scheduling employees’ work hours and assigning tasks to meet deadlines
