Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (Environmental Health/Equivalent).
• Has experience as HSE at least 3-5 years.
• Ability to perform audits, write and submit reports (online submit related to HSE/waste management: SIMPEL SIRAJA PPU & PPA).
• Has certificate of occupational health (AHLI K3 UMUM).
• Well understanding and experience in implementation of ISO/SMK3/OHSAS.
• Able to work individually and team.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has experience in manufacturing industry will be advantage.

Job Description:

• Provide safe cover by devising and implementing health and safety programs.
• Build safety awareness on workplace.
• To be responsible on procedure and working instructions related to HSE, include safety program (safety campaign, safe working permit).
• Investigate unsafe acts and situations and take measures to prevent recurrences.
• Interpret existing environmental regulations and develop plans to drive continual improvement actions.
• Develop and implement environmental projects that focus on waste magement and minimization.
• Facilitate root cause analysis in case of safety emergencies and create appropriate reports to document progress.
• Integrate health, safety, and environmental processes and practices into daily operations.
• Participate in routine HSE activities including corrective actions, investigations, and onsite audits.
• Other duties as assigned.
