Job Description:

• Manage sales through business plan development
• Setting individual and team sales targets
• Track sales goals and report results
• Supervise the activities and performance of the sales team
• Coordinate with marketing for leads (lead generation)
• Develop team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge
• Promote organization and products

Requirements:

• Minimum education is Bachelor Degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 year experience as a Sales in the field, especially television electronics
• Experienced in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Skilled in customer relationship management (CRM)
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• Able to speak, listening, and writing in English (Mandarin Speaker is a plus point)
• Committed to providing satisfactory customer service
• Have a strong leadership, good personality, and good communication skill.
• Willing to be worked in Mangga Dua, North Jakarta
