• Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards
• Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division
• Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses
• Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.
• Placement: All Outlet in Indonesia, Ta Wan, Ichiban Sushi and Dapur Solo.

Job Qualification

• Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
• Have at least 2 years experience as team leader in FnB industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food)
• Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
• Strategic thinker and target oriented
• Fluent in English is a plus
• Customer oriented with hands-on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports
• Willing to be relocated to other outlets
• Well-groomed and presentable
