Job Description:

* Managing all end-to-end e-commerce sales and marketing

* Working together with marketing & operational team to manage all the working process

* Maximising online sales from brand and marketplaces

* Working closely with online merchandising team to make sure about product selection and stocks

* Pay attention on P&L of the category for online channel

* Plan & create sales promotional for boosting sales

Job Requirement:

* Have minimum 1-2 years working experience in handle Ecommerce platform (Shopee, Tiktok, Tokopedia)

* Data driven decision type of person

* Gather insight and give the best recomendation for sales, marketing & merchandising to boost sales

* Knowledge in retail industry is a plus

* Willing to be placed in Jakarta office

* Able to lead and develop the team

* Able to communicate with client or others lead departement
