Descriptions:

• Responsible for every data allocations of products.
• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns (consist of but not limited to: historical sales, trend, seasonality, cannibalization, price increase, marketing initiatives, etc.).
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Manage Replenishment System.
• Analyze Freight Cost of Transportation.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Work collaboratively with sales team to create the allocations data and its delivery schedule to optimize supply to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.
• Familiar with healthcare & beauty product category.
• Strong analytical thinking and data driven.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
• Detailed, communicative & initiative.
• Have a good manner.
• English proficiency both oral and written is essential.
