JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase revenue and drive our company to be market leader.
• Lead a proper market research to develop & launch successful new products
• Regulate all aspects of activities associated with the brand, like consumer insight, advertising development, media planning, consumer & trade promo, market research, product development, and pricing.
• Responsible and handle channel in several areas
• Build and promote strong and long-lasting relations with new and existing customers and understanding their needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Age maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree from any major (Marketing major or Management business major is preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
• Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)
• Job based in Bandung
• Willing to travel all around Indonesia

• Excellent negotiation skill in making good deals
