Lowongan ASSISTANT OF CHIEF ENGINEERING di PT Alam Indah Bintan

• Ensuring the availability of work plans for repair and maintenance of vehicles, mechanical and electrical (ME), civil, kitchen equipment, buggies and air conditioning (AC)
• Ensuring all equipment and buildings are in a ready-to-use and safe condition
• Ensuring the availability of tools, spare parts and supporting materials needed
• Ensuring the operation of STP (waste treatment installation) in supporting operations
• Ensuring the availability of wiring and instrumentation system designs based on needs and referring to energy saving programs

Scope of work

• Ensuring all vehicles, mechanical and electrical (ME), civil, kitchen equipment, buggies, air conditioning (AC), and firefighting equipment at Nirwana Gardens are ready for use by planning
• Controlling and coordinating the scheduling and implementation of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance
• Controlling the availability of spare parts and supporting materials as well as designing programs to increase energy savings

Qualification

• Posses minimum University degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in 5-star hotel at the capacity Assistant Chief Engineer
• Having knowledge and skill on autocad and civil engineering
• Familiar on Basic Fire Fighting, Building Management, Engineering and Project
• Excellent leadership and organizational skill
• Must communicate and written in English
• Familiar working with computer (Microsoft Office)
• Will be based in Bintan Island - Riau Island Province
