Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop & maintain business relationship with current customers & prospective customers
- Handle complains from customer, evaluate and plan for improvements to increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate internally regarding pricing and product specifications to ensure information given to customer
- Coordinate, monitor & follow up orders received from customers until delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Responsible to monitor all administrative documents are being prepared accurately & accordingly
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years experience in related fields
- Willing to travel (within Indonesia) for work
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn
