- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership role.
- Certified in Welding Inspection by local or international body Le. AWS, CSWIP 3.2, PCN or Equivalent with additional certificates for ASNT-II (MP/PT/UT/RT/ECT or equivalent)
- Experience in offshore type of blasting & painting dimensional inspection, PMI, Hardness testers, welding gauges, thickness gauges, etc also in welding & piping and vessel fabrication related to ASME Sec.IIA & B, IX, V, Vill Div 1, 8313, 31.8, API-5L. 5LD, 01, ISO9001, DNV OS-F-101 etc.
- Fluent/understand organization related tools and processes.
- Familiarity or proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) and Adobe editor.
- Good communication ability and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in business English communication in both written and spoken.
- Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.
- Good interpersonal skill and team work.
- Good adaptability in rapid and fast changing environment.
