Responsibilities:

• Active and consistent in directing and training the Sales Advisor team to achieve target and goals.
• Able to care for and look for customer’s needs through strong communication skills online and offline.
• Strong product knowledge; must be able to share features, functions, price, and stock availability to customers.
• Detailed daily reports and monthly performance summary including team review.
• Have a cheerful personality and able to work with other teams.
• Research and analyses all trends and information on the development in fashion industries, including trend and colours.

Requirements:

• Open to D-III / S1 graduates, including English, Marketing and Communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor.
• Able to communicate in English including writing.
• A willingness to grow by constantly learning and improving skills in products or personal development.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
