Job Description

• Collaborating with each stakeholder to interpret the brand’s needs and developing a concept to suit the purpose through artwork.
• Enhance creative brief & develop storyboard to share ideas via illustration or mood board.
• Lead designers, video editors, photographers & videographers to produce final design.
• Responsible for initiating jobs and ensure all creative team results quality, accuracy are delivered on time.
• Manage multiple tasks, timeline and resource simultaneously.
• Lead team and manage project with clear direction, motivation and support.
• Manage pre sales activities related creative from brainstorming and create concept.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience delivering digital projects and web development in an advertising agency.
• REQUIRED: Strong portfolio available online.
• Hands-on and exceptional portfolio experience in visual advertising showcasing innovative concepts and visual storytelling.
• A deep understanding of design principles.
• Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: in particular Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD.
• Experience in brand identity design, data visualization and illustration is also valued.
• Experience in UI/UX and the creation of websites, mobile applications is a plus.
• Knowledge with Motion Graphics using After-Effects is a plus.
