Responsibilities :
Requirements :
- Handle day to day HR operations issues
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process
- Responsible for employee onboard and offboarding process
- Responsible for employee performance review
- Participate in formulating company PP, HR policies, work procedures or SOP
- Ensure HR policies being carry out effectively
- Monitoring employee attendance and plan strategic to improve it
- Maintain good relationship and communication with internal and external stakeholders. (IR and ER)
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements :
- Well-versed with Labour Act
- Minimum S1 with at least 7 years of working experience in Mining Industry as HR Supervisor
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can work independently
- Can start work immediately
