Requirement :

1. Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Marketing and Communication
2. Minimal 3 years experience in handling successful Mall Events and Promotion Program (experience in mall)
3. Have good relations with brand and vendor
4. Creative, have a broad knowledge of current communication trend
5. High initiative, active, and can work in a team and independently
6. Willing to work under pressure
7. Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
8. Good communication, energic, and have a fresh idea
9. Willing to work in Tanjung Barat area, South Jakarta
10. Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
11. Applicants must be willing to work in shift time/weekend / public holiday

Job Description

1. Create and Manage an Effective annual particular event program, including feast day event, and other smaller event and ensure the event run smoothly, is secure, and safety
2. Maintain good relationships and communication with vendors, event organizers, and the community and related local government for the development and production of events.
3. Creating and managing Promotion Programs such as Shopping programs by digital-based.
4. Manage the Preparation of all necessary site materials and venues for efficient and safe
5. Collaborating with cross-functional team
6. Maintain a good relationship and contact with 3rd parties like collaboration with brand, engaging foundation or community for a possibility of good event collaboration.
7. Maintain a pleasant working attitude, to work according to SOP
8. Co-liaison with public safety, emergency responder, and EO to ensure effective and professional Event management.
9. Supervise a thematic mall decoration and visual merchandise program
10. Reporting and updating on progress and after events in proper report format.
11. Day-to-day assignment.
