- Everbest is seeking a Recruitment (Talent Acquisition) Executive to ensure the staffing needs of the company (Head Office & Operation) are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind. As well as make Everbest Group well-known as best option for job seekers to choose their working place.
Your day-to-day:
Recruitment & People Development
- Improving awareness and attraction for qualified applicants in large numbers.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives (digital & physical employer branding).
- Leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations and needs.
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience, including screening calls, assessments, online or in-person interviews
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
- Create interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Create designated Employee Orientation check list for each position.

- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
