Lowongan BILLING STAFF (OCEAN EXPORT-IMPORT) di PT Nnr Rpx Global Logistics Indonesia

 Mandatory Requirement:

• With maximum 35 years old.
• Graduated minimal Diploma III majoring in Accounting is preferable.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Billing (Invoicing) Staff in Freight Forwarding in mandatory.
• Excellent in operating computer and accurate in calculating
• Good knowledge of Administration jobs such as Petty Cash, procurement, management asset,
• Self-motivated person, mature, trustable and willing to work long hours to finish the tasks.
• Will be placed in Jakarta Office.

Main Job Responsibility:

• Main Responsibilities / Document and Billing.
• Create e-Vat after finish & complete billing.
• Prepare all invoice (export & import) complete with e-Vat than sign to Acc Manager
• Give stamp to invoice and make stamp report
• Report e-vat by monthly (before 15th)
• Check & prepare payment for all SOA.
• Make sure all invoices and supporting documents to be sent to the customer timely manner and according to KPI ;
• KPI Export, 7 working days from ATD Vessel.
• KPI Import LCL, 7 working days from delivery cargo.
• KPI Import FCL, 14 working days from delivery cargo.
• Receive all dossier from ops (export & import) after complete to create invoice.
• Check cost and input selling rate.
• Print cost control and give to superior export/ import and ask them to sign.
• Print all invoice cost control sign by ops.
• Cost Control must be checked and signed by Manager before issuing invoice, D/N & C/N.
• Keep hardcopy quotation (start filling).
• Maintain all files/ dossier/ paper works under well organized.
• Assist collecting supporting document from vendor.
• Sending invoice to the customer with provide handover and checklist.
• Update daily issued and sending invoice at milestone.
