Lowongan Plate Mounting Operator (Flexo Printing/Polymer) di PT Lami Packaging Indonesia

Tanggung jawab utama dari posisi ini adalah untuk membuat sheets/plat photopolymer. Operator Flexo akan bertanggung jawab atas pembuatan, penyelesaian, dan pemasangan pelat cetak Flexographic sesuai dengan waktu dan kebutuhan bisnis kami.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for set-up and mounting of Flexo Plates using

(Mampu menggunakan mesin Flex Mount 1700)

• Following the requirements and specifications of the production operation requirements of the plate-setting post, complete the plate-setting tasks and efficiency goals of daily orders
• Responsible for quality control in the negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders
• Assist in the production needs of printing machines, such as: plate shifting, plate cutting, plate replenishment, etc.
• Operates and maintains processing equipment and computers; and forklift, as needed.
• Assist in the production needs of printing machines, such as: plate shifting, plate cutting, plate replenishment, etc.
• Comply with the company's safety operation, continuous improvement of quality system and environmental protection system and other relevant management regulations.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or above, major in Industrial Engineering or other Printing-related major
• Experience 5 years manufacturing Print Plates is desirable but not required.
• Familiar with plate loading process and quality requirements
• Exceptional focus on safety and quality as well as, participation in required training.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Have the supportive operational skills for a printing role and understand the basic operations of printing
• Attention to detail including specifications, data tracking and machine profile requirements
• Shift work and overtime required.
• Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and visualization skills
• Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
