Job Requirements:

• Candidate maximum 45 years old
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major
• Minimum 3+ years experience in leading account manager team
• Having experience in managing end-to-end sales development processes involving complex, multi-product, and large deal
• Preferably having experience in VSAT network and telecommunication industry
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Fast learner and smart with high energy level
• Self starter with excellent time management and business sales skills
• Willing to be placed throughout the Selindo Group business network

Job Descriptions:

• Work with account manager team to implement the company marketing communication strategy to sustain the brand image
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all other departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction
• Continually review and deploy market strategies to drive exponential growth companies with account manager team
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities with existing accounts, and upselling additional services
• Establish strong professional relationships and credibility with key Information Technology (IT) and business executives in the enterprise account
• Proactively orchestrate resources and team around opportunities to ensure success and to strengthen overall solution capabilities to clients
