Job Description : 

1. Administering shipment documents, ensuring our product deliver on time with HIGH PRECISION on documentation
2. Organizing delivery schedules and developing high level of efficiency on delivery
3. Work closely with Production team in providing ultimate Customer Satisfaction
4. Coordinating and liaising with authorities to understand all export requirements and ensuring that all goods shipped comply with legislative standards
5. Order processing (proforma invoice, load-ability, and order circulation)

Requirements : 

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Candidate must graduate from a reputable university, at least Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Export Import, Marketing Management or Business Administration, with minimum GPA 3.20
3. Able to speak english fluently and exellent spoken and written communication skill
4.  Have experience min 3 years at same position
5.  Able to handle import/export documents and permits
6.  Understand tobacco export/import procedure and permits is preferred
7.  Computer literate in using windows Ms office, Excel, Power Point, Email
8.  Able to be honest, good integrity and accountability
9.  Having Good health, free colorblind, good personality and able to work under pressure with good teamwork, ready to be multitask
10.  Good communication skills for maintaining good relationship with internal colleagues and external party
11.  Ready working in holiday or out of hour office
