For a Family Recreational Park w. F&B – Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION

·      Create a new team and reorganize the existing procedures;

·      Hire new operation staff, train them and supervise them, under the Director supervision;

·      Organize the weekly staff schedule / shifts;

·      Assist the director in the daily operations;

·      Ensure compliance with all safety & hygiene regulations;

·      Supervise the F&B operations (beverage and snacking only);

·      Ensure direct communication with customers;

·      Ensure the overall customer satisfaction;

·      Create & maintain bonding within the operation team;

·      Report directly to the director;

PROFILE:

·      30+, family oriented;

·      Totally fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written;

·      F&B operation manager background is a plus (minimum 2 years of experience);

·      Strong network and excellent knowledge in recruitment;

·      Ready to work under pressure with proactive action;

·      Hard worker, quick learner, creative, having strong personality and responsible to deadline;

·      Excellent communication and people skills;

·      Excellent time management and planning skills;

JOB OFFER:

·      6 days work per week including Saturday & Sunday

·      Seminyak / Kerobokan area
