• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media, company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
• Propose & prepare a media plan for a social media campaign
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
• Monitoring and reporting social media and company website metrics.
• Suggest new ways to promote company offerings and to reach new users.
• Creating Content for Youtube, TikTok, Reels Instagram.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in Social Media and Community
• Marketing and communications experience in B2B or SAAS industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, or a similar field.
• Excellent communicator with a good command of both spoken and written English (Passive) & Bahasa.
• Experience creating strong, engaging content.
• A portfolio of applicable outputs.
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
