Lowongan Assistant Sales Manager di PT Kus Building Supplies

Responsibilities:

• Solicits new customer/products through Project Information, existing customer’s recommendation and other sources which provide regular updates on construction projects
• Evaluates customer’s behaviour and buying patterns in order to appropriately draft quotation to maximize the possibility of securing the deal
• Collects and collates background and ongoing project information of new customers to better facilitate credit approval
• Administers proper planning of visiting schedules in advance to achieve maximum customer visits per week
• Monitors and follows up long overdue payments
• Analyzes reports which helps to increases sales revenue and achieve profitability
• Assist sales manager in improving policies, sales target and product pricing
• Monitor and follow up daily activities of sales executives
• Review, train and coach new sales executives to achieve sales target
• Any other ad-hoc duties by SM.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering, Economic, Bussines Management, or any discipline
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Candidates need to liaise with Holdings with writing or spoken in English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Required Skill(s): Sales, Marketing, Presentation Skill, Comunication
• Candidates with Civil Engineering, Construction or equivalent Industry background will be an value added advantage;
• Preferably specialized in Sales or Business Development
• Min with at least 2 years experience in Working Experience as Assistant Sales Manager or Supervisor / Team leader / Business Development or any related field
• Possess own vehicle: Motorcycle or Car
• Good Analytical Thinking, Communicative / Networking, Creative, Initiative, Persuasive, and Broad-minded
• Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
